Lee employs a specialized safety team comprising experienced professional’s adept at developing, enforcing and continually enhancing a comprehensive safety program. Led by the Director of Safety & Security, this team works closely with administrative and field personnel to guarantee strict adherence to safety regulations, striving for excellence in safety practices.
Emphasizing a proactive approach, our safety team prioritizes the identification of potential hazards and implementation of corrective measures preemptively. Through ongoing engagement and training initiatives, we instill a collective responsibility for safety among all team members, emphasizing the importance of vigilance and swift action in mitigating risks and preventing accidents.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Lee ensures that every team member undergoes thorough safety education, which includes obtaining certifications such as OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, recognized as industry standards for occupational safety and health training. These certifications equip employees with essential knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate workplace hazards effectively.
Furthermore, our safety training programs extend beyond OSHA certifications to encompass other relevant professional certifications specific to various job roles within our organization. Comprised of individuals from various departments and levels within the company, the Safety Committee provides a forum for discussing and implementing best practices, reviewing safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
By working together, the Safety Committee is able to identify potential risks and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
