OSHA’s Top 10 Cited Violations
Every year OSHA releases the top 10 most cited violations list to inform the industry of what safety topics to focus on in future trainings as well as on job sites. Recently OSHA released their preliminary top 10 most cited violations list for 2018. The top 7 violations remain the same as the top violations in 2017. Electrical wiring methods has fallen off the list while PPE and Lifesaving Equipment has become number 10. These ratings and violations do not include violations found by state enforcement agencies yet reflect nationwide safety issues that need to be amended.
